An introductory guide to conducting Good Governance Surveys

This guide provides an introductory explanation to the Good Governance Survey (GGS) concept and methodology. The GGS, developed by Afesis-corplan with the support of the German Agency for Technical Co-operation (GTZ) is an action research process designed to invesigate the state of local governance within municipalities.
