What is the connection between climate change and rural agrarian development? Within the discourse of policy approaches to development, there is a moral necessity for public policy to incorporate vulnerability to climate change for development with a humane face. Are there policy shifts that can maintain human security and enhance levels of social and economic development for the most vulnerable communities in Africa in the face of climate change?
Join the Centre for Policy Studies as we host a public seminar on this topical and thought provoking issue.
Presenter Dr Ernest L. Molua CEEPA/IDRC-SIDA. Dr Molua is a visiting African Scholar
